How can you make a guild, what are the requriments and does it cost money/iteams?? Ok thx

It does cost a little money to make a guild, but not much. You don't even need members (or like in WoW where you need people to sign your charter).

It can cost quite a bit of money in the end after designing/buying a cape, guild hall, and all the guild hall services. BUT those are not necessary to having a guild, they are luxuries. If your guild (as you're planning it) consists of real life friends, they will probably be willing to wait or help save up for those items.
